Reservations
Appointments are recommended. We will call you two days before your reservation to confirm your date and time. All reservations require a credit or debit card number to ensure observance of our cancellation policy. No charge will be made at the time of reservation.
Punctuality
Time is valuable to all of us. Punctuality is a necessity for all reservations. Any client arriving 10 minutes past the time of his or her reservation may be asked to reschedule, or shorten their scheduled service time.
Cancellation
If you must cancel, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance in order to allow us the opportunity to schedule that time with another guest.  We understand emergencies happen therefore your first 3 late cancellations and/or no show appointments will simply be noted in the computer.  When scheduling an appointment after 3 late cancellations and/or no shows we will require that you guarantee your reservation by providing us with a valid credit card.  As we are holding this time specifically for you and are potentially turning away other clients, after the 3rd time appointments not cancelled in advance will be charged the full amount of the service scheduled. If you are uncomfortable leaving us with a credit card number we still welcome you on a walk-in basis only.
Redos for Hair Services
Requests must be made within 5 days from date of service. They also must be performed by the same stylist or one at the same level.
Payment
VIDA accepts checks and the following credit cards: VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, and DISCOVER. Payment can also be made by redeeming a gift card from VIDA (for products or services), or from AVEDA (for products only).
Gratuities
If you desire to leave a gratuity to a staff member, it can be left as:
  • Cash, included as part of your payment by check, or a separate line item on your credit card slip
  • Tipping is not required but greatly appreciated
  • Average tips are generally 15% to 20% of your service
Children
Out of respect for our other guests and for their own safety, children (12 and under) are not allowed in the services areas unless they are receiving a service themselves. Also, children may not be left in the retail area unless supervised by an adult at all times. VIDA appreciates your cooperation.
Cell Phones
Out of courtesy to our other guests, we ask that cell phones be switched to silent mode and not be used while at VIDA.
Smoking
VIDA is a non smoking environment.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without notice.
Lost and found
Although VIDA will make every effort to responsibly handle lost and found items, VIDA is not responsible for any eventual loss.
